Hello, I'm
Kelechi Uduma
I’m a Creative Director with extensive experience
in creating marketing campaigns for brands
across Africa. Currently, I’m in Lagos, Nigeria.
I’ve successfully led several creative teams to build brands
of various sizes across different industries, ultimately helping
drive growth for brands.
My core strengths are in strategic thinking, brand storytelling,
visual and conceptual fluency, team building and creative project management. I’ve done this with huge success for the last 11 years.
My impressive track record includes bringing home West Africa
and Nigeria’s first-ever Cannes Lions amongst a ton of other international, regional and local awards.
a pan-african banter war
Integrated Digital Campaign
Africans, football and banter go hand-in-hand, here’s the story of how this banter-fueled campaign generated massive earned media,
built brand affinity and captured the hearts
of football fans across the continent.
BRINGING A CRISIS TO LIMELIGHT
Integrated Campaign
Residents of Rivers State, Nigeria have been living with an environmental crisis since 2016 and the government was doing little to address it. Using technology and data, we put the spotlight on this
and created global awareness on the soot crisis.
VOYAGing INTO the biggieverse
Integrated Digital Campaign
To create buzz for Big Brother Naija's 8th season,
we introduced "Biggie's World," a multiverse where past contestants reunite. This set the tone for the biggest yet season, as past stars battled to be the "GOAT housemate".
burning FUTURES with cigarettes
Integrated Campaign
To combat increased tobacco usage around children,
we created a 26-episode Nollywood telenovela dramatising the dangers of smoking. We amplified with a film, social media and Nigeria’s first "burning" billboard. Reinforcing the idea
of not letting the dreams of Nigerian children go up in smoke.
CHALLENGING
A STEROETYPE
Print & Poster Campaign
When it comes to women in Nigeria, there's often
a tendency to suggest that "their place is majorly in the kitchen". As part of the 2022 Women's Day celebrations, there needed to be a redefinition of what a kitchen is.
PRESERVING
THEIR INNOCENCE
Social Experiment
As a social experiment launched on Children’s Day, 7 kids were asked to interpret lyrics from popular Nigerian songs. Their inability to capture the vulgar meanings of these lyrics underscored their innocence/purity and the need for society to stop the exposure before they know.

SOME OF THE BRANDS I’VE WORKED MY MAGIC ON
You made it this far. Congratulations.
If you need any more convincing, think of me like N’golo Kante with a touch of Kaka and a healthy sprinkle of Ronaldinho.
So, how can I bring my magic to your brand(s)?
